Course Introduction
Body language is a form of nonverbal communication that conveys emotions, intentions, and thoughts through physical movements, posture, facial expressions, and gestures. It is deeply rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology.
This experiential body language course is designed to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of nonverbal communication, enhancing their personal and professional interactions. Participants will learn to read and interpret body language cues, improve their own nonverbal communication, and gain confidence in social and workplace settings.
