Course Introduction
Stakeholder management and engagement is a critical activity that is used to gain mutual understanding of the objectives and expectations of all parties. It aids in developing a concept that will gain support from all the interested and affected parties enhancing the likelihood of a successful outcome. High-performing people understand the success of projects, and organizational performance depends on how well one can engage and gain stakeholders’ support, resources and commitment.
