Course Introduction
We are frequently put in a position of being responsible for any situation and also for
supporting the people involved. By systematically developing the skills in applied counseling,
it is vitally important for any individual to make use of techniques in this course to develop and
tone their approach.The program will help participants utilize learning tools that emphasizes
psychological applications to promote positive, health-oriented growth with emphasis on
helping others achieve greater success.
Learning Outcome

colleagues and know how to provide timely support to the affected colleagues at the
