Course Introduction
Understand the basics of GenAI, from AI vocabulary to the tasks GenAI is commonly used for. Learn how to craft effective prompts to obtain your desired outcomes from GenAI. Try out practical GenAI tools that are easy to use. At the end of this workshop, you would be AI literate!

- Compare different models, CoPilot, Gemini, DeepSeek/DouBao

- Navigate Microsoft CoPilot (free web version)
- Use available prompt templates
- Text and image use cases
- Prompt for text summary of a video
Topic 3. Useful GenAI tools
- Explore grounding with Google NotebookLM
- Perplexity the AI-powered answer engine
- Use a no-code app to e.g. detect if text is written by GenAI
- How to use GenAI responsibly
